Job summary

National University Health System Pte. Ltd. seeks a dedicated professional to develop and implement strategies for effective emergency responses, including pandemics and IT downtime.

The role dedicates 20% of time to support MOH EP related projects, contributing to hospital-wide preparedness and response planning. The incumbent will also oversee planning for Integrated General Hospital (IGH) readiness, engage stakeholders, and coordinate exercises and drills per yearly workplan.

Qualifications

• Recognised degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years' work experience in healthcare industry.
• Healthcare operational experience is advantageous.
• Analytical, quantitative with strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint.
• Ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines.
• Good analytical and organization skills.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage EP Equipment: budget and funding for response areas equipment and consumables; procurement planning and claims; asset tracking with the Biomedical Equipment Dept; ensure logistic readiness.
