Job summary

Alexandra Hospital, Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of strategies for effective emergency response, including pandemics and IT downtime, with 20% of time supporting MOH Emergency Planning projects.

The role covers EP equipment budgeting and procurement, SOP review and drills coordination, IGH planning, and providing secretariat support to BCM/ MOH initiatives, requiring a recognised degree and at least 3 years in healthcare.

Qualifications

• Recognised degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare experience.
• Analytical and quantitative with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage budget and funding for EP equipment and consumables.
• Oversee planning and execution of equipment purchases and claims.
• Coordinate with Biomedical Equipment Dept for asset tracking and deployment.
