Job summary

NATIONAL UNIVERSITY HEALTH SYSTEM PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced leader to head the hospital's emergency preparedness program, providing oversight and strategic coordination with MOH directives across departments.

You will supervise the emergency planning team, coordinate with stakeholders, manage EP equipment and IGH planning, and support incident response, post-incident reviews, and budget tracking. Singapore citizens/PR preferred.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in healthcare operations or emergency management.
• Minimum 2 years in supervisory roles.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulatory environment.
• Basic project coordination experience.
• Team leadership and people management skills.
• Emergency planning and crisis response knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day emergency preparedness operations and activities.
• Oversee implementation of emergency response plans and SOPs.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness activities across departments.
• Monitor compliance with established procedures.
• Support senior management in strategic planning initiatives.
• Supervise and coach the Emergency Planning team.
• Coordinate response during activations and assist in post-incident reviews.
• Oversee EP equipment procurement, maintenance and asset management.
• Coordinate IGH Ops Centre planning and related procurement timelines.
• Provide secretariat and stakeholder coordination support as needed.
