Job summary

STAFFKING PTE LTD is currently hiring for a project-focused ELV/M&E role in Singapore. You will plan and coordinate ELV/M&E works across islandwide project sites and work closely with clients, consultants and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.

The position requires a Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline and a solid understanding of M&E systems and construction coordination.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, M&E or related discipline.
• Good understanding of M&E systems and construction project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate ELV / M&E works throughout the project.
• Work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review technical, shop and as-built drawings.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure works meet project specifications and quality standards.
• Support testing, commissioning and handover of M&E systems.
• Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with safety requirements and relevant regulations.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings when required.
• Prepare project documentation, progress reports, claims and technical submissions.
• Assist with project schedules, cost estimates and resource planning.
