Job summary

UES HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. seeks a Site Electrical/ELV Supervisor to oversee installation activities on site, ensuring alignment with project schedules and quality standards.

You will coordinate with main contractors, consultants and other trades, providing hands-on technical support for Electrical/ELV works. Qualifications include a Diploma in Electrical Engineering and at least 1 year in building services. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required, with familiarity in testing, commissioning,

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering required.
• 1 year+ experience in building construction, preferably in Building Services Electrical/ELV.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets and resources.
• BCA/SCDF/PUB certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate site installation works to meet project schedule.
• Attend site coordination meetings with main-con, consultants and other contractors.
• Hands-on and technical assistance for Electrical / ELV system installation and troubleshooting on site.
• Prepare material requisition for Electrical / ELV equipment and materials.
• Prepare work programme for Electrical ELV Works with material delivery and installation activities.
• Analyze, manage and track project costs against budget.
• Carry out testing and commissioning, combined services testing for TOP/CSC.
• Handover of completed work activities with as built drawings and O&M to authorities or clients in timely manner.
• Coordinate with other trades of contractors such as Mechanical, Process, Structural.
• Participate in in-house engineering design works of Electrical system including detailed design, load calculation, voltage drop calculation, cable sizing, routing, shop drawings, equipment selection.
• Review 3D BIM model and ensure correct installation details, compliance with design specifications and guidelines.
• Liaise with Electrical / ELV suppliers for quotation, equipment selection, technical and commercial evaluation.
• Prepare material submittals for electrical system to Consultant for approval.
• Coordinate with project schedule in organizing Purchase Order and timely delivery of all electrical equipment.
• Participate in tender preparation for new projects.

Requirements

• Min Diploma Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Min 1 year of relevant working experience in building construction industry, preferable in handling Building Service Electrical / ELV works.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Experienced and possessed relevant knowledge in Electrical / ELV calculations is an advantage.
