- Degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
- 5–7 years in enterprise infrastructure, with 3+ years in monitoring/logging.
- Experience with modern observability tools and automation.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with scripting and infrastructure automation.
Responsibilities
- Maintain SYNAPXE observability platform with monitoring, logging and visualization.
- Collaborate with vendors to design and develop monitoring and AI/ML features.
- Onboard existing infrastructure to the observability platform.
- Implement anomaly detection, self-healing, and outage prediction.
- Develop dashboards and provide end-user reporting support.
