HICS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a VIP Executive Support Engineer to deliver white-glove IT support for CEO Office, laptops, mobile devices, collaboration tools, and executive meetings in a tight, on-site environment.

You will coordinate with global IT teams for events, manage Windows/M365 issues, support Teams Rooms, and maintain high discretion with senior leaders; Mandarin and English fluency is required.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of EUC/desktop or VIP executive support experience.
• Strong on Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 suite.
• Experience supporting Mandarin-speaking executives and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Provide premium onsite IT support to CEO Office executives and VIP users.
• Deliver rapid issue resolution for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Set up and troubleshoot audio/video conferencing solutions including Microsoft Teams Rooms and meeting room systems.
• Coordinate with global IT teams to ensure end-to-end support during critical events.
• Handle priority incidents with ownership and follow ITIL practices.
