Qualifications
- 5+ years in Executive IT Support, VIP Support, or related enterprise IT role
- Direct experience supporting C-Suite or VIP users in a corporate setting
- Excellent customer-service and discretion with executive stakeholders
- Advanced troubleshooting across Windows and macOS
- Experience with device management and conferencing environments
Responsibilities
- Provide white-glove IT support to C-Suite executives with minimal disruption
- Serve as primary IT contact and trusted technology advisor for assigned executives
- Maintain executive relationships with confidentiality and responsiveness
- Identify risks and opportunities to enhance productivity and user experience
- Support executive laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and collaboration tools
- On-site IT and AV support for high-profile meetings and events
- Coordinate with IT and external vendors for escalations
- Maintain security and documentation in line with ITIL processes
