Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support Biosense Webster technology in Singapore. You will ensure reliability, performance, and uptime of electrophysiology and mapping systems, working closely with clinicians and hospital staff.

The role involves onsite and occasional remote support, preventive maintenance, and system upgrades. Travel within the territory is required; strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in a relevant field (Biomedical, Electrical, Electronics, or related).
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for Biosense Webster products.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade medical equipment in assigned territories.
• Diagnose issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Respond to service requests and provide timely customer support.
• Train and mentor junior Field Service Engineers and maintain service records.
