• Associate's Degree with 2+ years field service experience in biomedical equipment.
• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for Biosense Webster products.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade medical equipment within assigned territories.
