Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of sales coordination or order processing experience in EMS/electronics.
• Familiar with SAP or other ERP systems and proficient in Excel.
• Good coordination, communication, and organisational skills with multiple priorities.
• Proactive team player with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery fulfilment.
• Prepare sales and purchase orders, invoices, debit/credit notes, and shipping documents.
• Support quotation activities for new enquiries and maintain records.
• Monitor order status, delivery schedules, and stock availability; resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with sales administration and other operational support duties.
