Job summary

Rolls-Royce Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a System Engineer (Internal title: Application Engineer) to lead electro-mechanical solution engineering for major Data Center Projects across APAC.

You will prepare technical proposals, perform engineering calculations, and coordinate with sales, factory, and suppliers for end-to-end delivery. The role requires min. 5 years in diesel genset/electrical industries, strong cross-disciplinary design skills, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics engineering.
• Min. 5 years in diesel engine/generator or electrical行业.
• Strong capability in electrical or mechanical genset systems and cross-disciplinary integration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver electro-mechanical solutions for major Data Center projects in APAC.
• Develop and manage scope from initiation to onsite delivery of mechanical systems related to the diesel genset enclosure.
• Review technical tender documents and define equipment scope with suppliers and factory teams.
• Provide technical documentation, drawings, and calculations to support proposals, design and execution.
• Support procurement, project lifecycle, and post-delivery knowledge transfer and training.
