Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking a System Engineer (Application Engineer) to lead mechanical and electrical engineering for major APAC Data Center projects. You will deliver end‑to‑end electro‑mechanical solutions, prepare proposals, perform calculations, and coordinate stakeholders across tendering, design and execution of generator and power infrastructure.

You will work with sales on technical scope, review documents, define equipment scope, and liaise with factories and suppliers to ensure timely,

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics engineering.
• 5+ years in the diesel engine/generator or electrical industry with project delivery.
• Expertise in electrical or mechanical genset systems and cross-disciplinary integration.
• Strong engineering calculations across electrical and/or mechanical domains.
• Proven ability to develop and review technical documentation and layouts.
• Excellent communication and teamwork with diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel for onsite work when required.
• Proficient in English.
