Responsibilities

• Coordinate Electrical/M&E-Trade works and services for building construction projects

• Plan, develop, and manage work schedules to ensure tasks are completed on time.

• Prepare progress reports for clients and project managers, detailing delays, defects, and necessary rectification measures for M&E works.

• Provide technical guidance and resolve M&E-related issues efficiently.

• Report on M&E progress and arrange site inspections with contractors, subcontractors, and clerk-of-works.

• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations, striving for a zero-accident work environment and maintaining high housekeeping standards.

Requirements
