We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Engineer / Project Manager to join DONJON PTE LTD in a full-time capacity, based in the Kian Teck West Region. This is a strategic position that plays a critical role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of electrical construction projects. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and quality standards whilst ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices. Key responsibilities

• Planning and scheduling electrical construction projects, including resource allocation, timeline development, and milestone tracking
• Managing project budgets and cost controls, ensuring expenditures remain within approved parameters
• Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services

What we're looking for

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent understanding of electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Problem-solving abilities and resilience in managing complex and challenging situations
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management credentials are highly desirable
• Experience with building information modelling (BIM) or advanced project visualisation tools is a plus
