Qualifications

Experience with BIM or advanced project visualization is a plus.

Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

Plan and schedule electrical construction projects, including resource allocation and milestones.
Manage budgets and cost controls within approved parameters.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors for timely materials/services.
Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks.
Prepare and maintain project documentation and compliance records.
Communicate progress updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Identify and resolve risks, issues, and delays proactively.
Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations.
Lead and supervise site teams of engineers, technicians, and labourers.
Liaise with clients to understand requirements and manage expectations.
