Job summary

V-ELEGANT PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable project manager to lead infrastructure and building projects within our new estate divisions in Singapore. You will oversee budgets, schedules, and resources while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

You will prepare development paper submissions for funding approval and liaise with government agencies on development issues. A degree in electrical engineering and experience in design, tender, and construction processes are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering; preferably with relevant experience in a developer, consultant, or contractor environment.
• Experience in project management of building and/or infrastructure projects would be advantageous.
• Good understanding of design, tender and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Project manage infrastructure and buildings projects within new estate divisions.
• Manage budgets, schedules and resources, coordinating with team members and stakeholders as part of the design interface.
• Assist in preparing development paper submissions for funding approval.
• Interface and coordinate with government agencies on development issues.
• Identify construction issues or contractual disputes and provide solutions; ensure quality tender documents with required details.
• Resolve technical and design issues with consultants and contractors.
