Job summary

V-ELEGANT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Manager for Civil/Structural infrastructure and building projects within new estate divisions in Singapore. The role oversees budgets, schedules, and resources, and coordinates with the design interface across the team.

You will report project status to management, assist in developing paper submissions for funding approvals, and liaise with government agencies to resolve development issues.

Qualifications

• Background in Civil/Structural Engineering; experience with developers, consultants or contractors.
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Identify potential construction issues or contractual disputes and provide solutions; ensure tender documents meet requirements.
