Job summary

V-ELEGANT PTE. LTD. seeks a Civil/Structural Project Manager to oversee infrastructure and building projects within new estate divisions in Singapore.

You will manage budgets, schedules and resources, coordinating with team members and stakeholders throughout the design interface. You will assist in preparing development paper submissions for funding approval and interface with government agencies on development issues, resolving construction and design issues with consultants and contractors as

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in a developer, consultant, or contractor environment.
• Experience in project management of building and infrastructure projects would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Project manage infrastructure and buildings projects within new estate divisions
• Managing project budgets, schedule and resources, coordinating with team members and stakeholders as part of the design interface
• Assist in preparing development paper submissions as part of the funding approval process
• Interface and coordinate with government agencies /authority on any development issues
• Identify potential construction related issues or /and contractual disputes and provide appropriate solution, ensure a quality tender documents with all necessary requirements,
• Resolve technical and design issues with consultants and contractors

Requirements

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, preferably with 2-5 years of relevant experience in a developer, consultant, or contractor environment.
• Experience in project management of building and/or infrastructure projects would be advantageous.
• Good understanding of design, tender and construction processes.
