Job summary

MEIDEN SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent Electrical Project Engineer to manage electrical projects from planning through execution, ensuring safety, quality, and technical standards are met.

You will collaborate with customers, vendors, and field teams to deliver projects efficiently. The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, ability to read electrical drawings and schematics, and hands-on involvement in installation, testing, or commissioning.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in electrical projects.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
• Experience in electrical installation, testing, or commissioning.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and field teams to manage technical and commercial aspects of electrical projects, including installation, testing, and commissioning
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities to meet schedule, quality, and safety standards
• Inspect, test, and troubleshoot electrical equipment such as transformers and switchgear to ensure operational reliability
• Analyze and resolve technical issues arising during project execution to maintain project progress
• Prepare detailed project documentation including progress reports, service records, and incident reports for transparency and compliance
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and technical performance
