Job summary

V-ELEGANT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Civil/Structural Engineer to manage infrastructure and building projects across multiple sites.

You will oversee budgets, schedules, and resources, coordinate with team members and stakeholders, and liaise with government agencies to address development issues. The role requires travel, rotation shifts including weekends, and hands-on involvement when staff are absent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in developers, consultants, or contractors.
• Experience in project management of building/infrastructure projects is advantageous.
• Able to travel to multiple locations.
• Able to work on rotational shifts & weekends.
• Experience in project coordination is a plus.

• Interface and coordinate with government agencies/authority on any development issues
• Identify potential construction-related issues or/and contractual disputes and provide appropriate solution; ensure quality tender documents with all necessary requirements
• Resolve technical and design issues with consultants and contractors
• Planning and executing project budgets.
• Able to do hands-on work during the absence of the deployed project staff
• Motivating and supervising assigned staff.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, preferably with 2-5 years of relevant experience in a developer, consultant, or contractor environment.
• Experience in project management of building and/or infrastructure projects would be advantageous.
• Good understanding ofdesign, tender andconstruction processes.
• Able to travel to multiple locations
• Able to work on rotational shifts & weekends (Off Day on weekdays)
• Experience in project coordination is an added advantage.
