SeaOwl Singapore seeks an experienced Procurement Operations professional to lead end-to-end procurement for EPC projects. You will manage requisitions, POs, supplier qualification, and contract administration while driving cost savings and compliance.

You will collaborate with Project Management, Engineering, QA/QC, and Logistics to track deliveries, monitor KPI performance, and implement continuous improvements using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Business, Engineering).
• 5–8 years of procurement, expediting, or supply chain experience in EPC or manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract administration.
• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office.
• Familiarity with Incoterms, logistics coordination, and customs processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead procurement operations from requisition to PO issuance.
• Manage full procurement cycle ensuring materials/services meet project specs.
• Monitor procurement performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement improvements.
• Prepare and present Commercial Bid Evaluations for stakeholder review.
• Track and expedite material deliveries and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
