Job summary

Seaowl Group is seeking an experienced Procurement Operations professional in Singapore to develop cost-effective procurement strategies and manage end-to-end procurement cycles for EPC projects. The role requires strong ERP experience, supplier management, and coordination across cross-functional teams.

You will drive performance metrics, expedite orders, and ensure compliance with ESG-related standards while collaborating with Engineering, QA/QC, and Documentation teams to maintain project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Business, Engineering).
• 5–8 years of combined procurement, expediting, or supply chain experience in EPC/manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract administration.
• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Office; familiar with Incoterms and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cost-effective procurement strategies aligned with project objectives.
• Manage full procurement cycle from requisition to PO issuance per EPC contract specs.
• Monitor procurement performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and suggest improvements.
• Ensure documentation and reporting align with audit/compliance requirements.
• Administer and maintain procurement contracts; lead supplier qualification and evaluation.
• Track and expedite deliveries per PO terms and project timelines; coordinate kick-offs.
• Monitor supplier performance and address bottlenecks to avoid delays.
• Track KPIs and generate progress reports; collaborate with stakeholders for improvements.
