SeaOwl Singapore is seeking a seasoned Procurement and Expediting Specialist to lead end-to-end procurement for EPC projects in Singapore. You will manage requisitions, issue POs, and oversee supplier qualification and performance.

This role requires strong ERP experience, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to drive cost savings while maintaining compliance with ESG standards. You will report to the SCM team and coordinate with Engineering, QA/QC, and Logistics.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5-8 years combined experience in procurement, expediting, or supply chain roles in EPC or manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract administration.
• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and MS Office.
• Familiarity with Incoterms, logistics coordination, and customs.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Develop procurement strategies aligned with policies and project objectives.
• Manage full procurement cycle from requisition to PO issuance.
• Monitor procurement performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead supplier qualification and evaluation processes.
• Coordinate ERP and expediting reporting and data integrity.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
• Support supplier relationship management and negotiations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement and delivery objectives.
