Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years progressive experience in seniors' services or related fields.
• Experience in supervisory or leadership roles, preferably in AAC.
• Ability to build and maintain community partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for the Active Ageing Centre.
• Design and implement community programs targeting seniors.
• Supervise and mentor program staff, fostering team development.
