The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a dedicated coordinator to plan, organise and conduct active ageing programmes for the elderly in the community, based at our Eunos location.

You will ensure programmes meet required standards, implement new services based on community needs, evaluate outcomes, coordinate stakeholder communications, guide volunteers, and manage budgets and resources while collaborating with partner organisations.

Competenze

• Possess minimum Diploma, preferably in Social Services or related fields.
• Relevant experience working with elderly clients in community, healthcare or social service sectors preferred.
• Experience in programme design, implementation, and evaluation.

Mansioni

• Plan, organise and conduct active ageing programmes for the elderly in the community.
• Ensure programmes meet required standards and achieve client engagement outcomes.
• Implement new programmes and/or services based on community needs.
• Conduct programme evaluation to gather feedback for regular programmes.
• Identify areas for improvement and initiate enhancements.
• Coordinate and manage stakeholder communications for programmes and services.
• Guide volunteers in executing programme activities.
• Manage programme budgets and resources.
• Work with other organisations to execute programmes.
