Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. invites a dedicated Programme Coordinator to organise and facilitate active aging programmes for seniors in the Eunos Crescent community. You will design engaging activities that support wellbeing and social connection.

You will monitor delivery against standards, gather participant feedback, conduct evaluations, and work with volunteers, service users and local partners to improve programme quality and participant experience.

Responsibilities

• Organise and facilitate active ageing programmes for seniors in the Eunos Crescent community.
• Monitor programme delivery to ensure activities meet established standards and achieve the intended participation and engagement outcomes.
• Develop and implement new programmes and services in response to the needs and feedback of service users.
• Gather participant feedback and conduct evaluations for regular programmes to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Recommend and implement improvements to enhance programme quality and participant experience.
• Coordinate programme-related communications with partners, volunteers, service users and other stakeholders.
• Provide guidance to volunteers supporting programme activities.
• Monitor and manage programme budgets, materials and other resources.
• Work with community organisations and external partners to coordinate and deliver programmes and activities.
