Formación

• Diploma in Social Services or related field.
• Experience with elderly clients in community/healthcare/social services preferred.
• Experience in designing, implementing and evaluating programmes.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organise and conduct active ageing programmes for the elderly in the community.
• Ensure programmes meet required standards and engage clients effectively.
• Develop new programmes or services based on client needs.
• Evaluate programmes to gather feedback for regular offerings.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements.
• Coordinate communications with stakeholders for programmes and services.
• Guide volunteers in programme activities.
• Manage programme budgets and resources.
• Collaborate with other organisations to deliver programmes.
