Job summary

Delaware Consulting Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Project or Service Delivery Manager to own the successful delivery of OpenText and similar EIM projects, coordinating with customers, consultants, and partners.

You will manage projects from initiation through implementation and go-live, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, budget, and customer expectations. You should be able to coach less experienced delivery managers and guide teams, while staying hands-on when required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise software implementation or digital transformation projects.
• Strong PM skills with multiple stakeholders, delivery teams and workstreams.
• Experience in consulting, systems integration or enterprise technology environment.
• Good commercial awareness with budgets, scope changes and customer expectations.
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Able to provide leadership while remaining hands-on when required.
• OpenText experience is advantageous.
• Experience with enterprise content management or SAP is valuable.
• PM certification such as CITPM, PMP, PRINCE2 is advantageous.

• Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams comprising functional, technical and business consultants.
• Facilitate project governance meetings and provide clear reporting to customers and internal management.
• Proactively identify delivery risks and drive mitigation and resolution.
• Manage changes to project scope and support the associated commercial and contractual discussions.
• Work with solution and consulting teams to ensure that proposed solutions can be delivered effectively.
• Support pre-sales activities including project planning, effort estimation and delivery approach.

Job Summary

As a Project or Service Delivery manager, you will take ownership of the successful delivery of the projects, working closely with customers, consultants, technology partners and internal teams. You will be responsible for managing projects from initiation through implementation and go-live, ensuring that delivery remains aligned with agreed scope, timelines, budget and customer expectations.

You should possess the ability to coach and guide less experienced Service Delivery Managers / Project Managers.

• Support pre-sales activities where required, including project planning, effort estimation and delivery approach.
• Contribute to the continued development of our OpenText delivery capabilities, standards and ways of working.

About you

Your Knowledge, Skills and Qualification

• Proven experience managing enterprise software implementation or digital transformation projects.
• Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple stakeholders, delivery teams and workstreams.
• Experience working in a consulting, systems integration or enterprise technology environment.
• Good commercial awareness, with experience managing budgets, scope changes and customer expectations.
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Able to provide leadership and direction while remaining hands-on when required.
• Experience delivering OpenText solutions would be highly advantageous.
• Experience with enterprise content management, document management, workflow, information management, SAP or related enterprise platforms would also be valuable.
• Project management certification such as CITPM, PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent is advantageous.
