Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably IT product/service implementations.
• At least 1 full-cycle ERP implementation.
• Degree in a business- or computer-related field.
• Project management certification preferred (PMP, PRINCE2).
• Strong stakeholder management and clear communication, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects end to end: kick-off, implementation plan, critical path, customer acceptance and closure.
• Propose and monitor project budgets, and approve change orders when needed.
• Manage Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies (RAID) with mitigation plans and escalation of blockers.
• Track cross-team and cross-system dependencies to prevent delivery bottlenecks.
• Secure stakeholder sign-off on key documentation, including Business Process Requirements and Configuration Documents.
• Support training, business reviews, configuration, data migration, and onsite/offsite client assistance.

ITG is looking for a Project Manager to take full ownership of client implementations from kick-off to closure. You will be the escalation point throughout the project life cycle and the person who keeps scope, timeline and budget on track.

What you will do:

• Lead projects end to end: kick-off, implementation plan, critical path, customer acceptance and closure
• Propose and monitor project budgets, and approve change orders when needed
• Manage Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies (RAID), with clear mitigation plans and timely escalation of critical blockers
• Track cross-team and cross-system dependencies to prevent delivery bottlenecks
• Secure stakeholder sign-off on key documentation, including Business Process Requirements and Configuration Documents
• Support training, business reviews, configuration, data migration, and onsite/offsite client assistance
• Ensure clean handovers to support team, including documentation and knowledge transfer

What you bring:

• At least 5 years of project management experience, with a preference for 3 or more years implementing IT products, services or solutions
• At least 1 full-cycle ERP implementation
• A degree in a business- or computer-related course
• A project management certification is preferred (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2)
• Strong stakeholder management and clear, confident communication, both verbal and written
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities with strong attention to detail
