L&K ENGINEERING (SUZHOU) CO., LTD. Singapore Branch is seeking an EHS Administrator in Woodlands. Your role includes maintaining EHS documentation and ensuring safety compliance on-site.

The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, have at least 2 years' experience in construction, and must communicate in Mandarin with associates. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also essential.

Qualifications

Job description

Location and Working Hours

• Location: Location: Woodlands
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri: 8am to 5:30pm, Sat: 8am to 12pm)

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update safety-related documentation, including risk assessments, safe work procedures (SWP), PTW records, inspection checklists, incident reports, and MOM audit records
• Coordinate and support the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly EHS reports and dashboards
• Track safety induction training records for all workers, staff, and visitors
• Assist with the coordination and scheduling of safety toolbox meetings, briefings, and drills
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of EHS documents
• Support the management of EHS filing systems (both physical and digital)
• Maintain registers for PPE issuance, site permits, hot work, confined space, and working-at-height
• Liaise with subcontractors for timely submission of safety documentation and compliance checklists
• Record and track safety observations, near misses, and non-conformances
• Support audits, inspections, and MOM visits with necessary documentation
• Ensure all EHS signage, evacuation plans, and notices are up to date on site
• Support Safety Manager in coordination with HR for WSH-related training and certificate renewals (BCSS, CSOC, etc.)
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration
• At least 2 years’ admin experience in construction projects; prior experience in cleanroom or semiconductor projects is a plus
• Familiar with construction safety documents and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and document control
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment
• Proficient in Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint
• Good team player
• Must be able to communicate in Mandarin to be able to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
