Wow Education International Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales and Customer Service Executive to drive sales growth and nurture client relationships from our Tai Seng base. You will liaise with customers, understand their needs, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver education services effectively.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and customer service within education or related sectors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and meet targets.
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Organised, proactive and capable of working independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories and customer segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
• Monitor account activity and provide regular updates on requirements and services.
