Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or education-related roles.
• Strong interest or background in education, training, or learning solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal‑oriented, self‑driven, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company’s education programs and training courses to prospective students and corporate clients.
• Engage and follow up with leads generated through inquiries, walk-ins, events, and online platforms.
• Conduct consultations to understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses or programs.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Attend education fairs, roadshows, school visits, and corporate events as part of lead-generation activities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, educators, and institutional partners.
