Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Outreach: engage learners and corporates through leads, cold calling, and face-to-face outreach; build a strong sales pipeline.
• Course Promotion & Enrolment: explain programmes, assess learner needs, guide enrolment to achieve sign-ups.
• Sales Presentation & Closing: conduct presentations, handle objections, follow up, convert leads to enrolments.
• Relationship Management: maintain relationships with learners and encourage referrals.
• CRM & Administrative Management: maintain CRM records, support reporting and tracking.
