Job summary

SINDA seeks a Contract STEP Programme Operations & System Coordination professional to support delivery and continuous improvement across 27 centres. You will coordinate enrolment, curriculum delivery, tutor deployment, attendance, and assessments while engaging stakeholders and parents to ensure smooth programme execution.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline with 3–5 years of relevant experience in programme coordination, operations, or education-related roles.
• Experience in a non-profit or education setting preferred.
• Good understanding of the Singapore education landscape.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau) an added advantage.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of STEP programmes across 27 centres.
• Coordinate student enrolment, curriculum delivery, tutor deployment, attendance and assessments.
• Organise centre activities and stakeholder engagement sessions, including parent briefings.
• Monitor programme performance, track KPIs and address operational issues.
