Job summary

Singapore Indian Development Association (SINDA) is seeking a Contract Programme Operations professional to support STEP programmes. You will coordinate day‑to‑day operations across 27 centres, analyse performance data, and enable system alignment among centres, tutors and stakeholders.

The role uses data-driven analysis and AI-enabled tools to strengthen execution and decision‑making for better student outcomes and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline with 3–5 years in programme coordination or education roles.
• Experience in non-profit or education settings is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of the Singapore education landscape and data tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operations across 27 STEP centres.
• Analyse programme data and monitor KPIs.
• Lead stakeholder engagement with schools, government agencies, and other partners.
• Manage tutor planning, deployment, and performance across centres.
• Support governance, process improvements and timely reporting.
