Job summary

Singapore National Eye Centre is seeking a Senior Executive to support the operational delivery of digital and AI literacy programmes. You will manage logistics, drive learner engagement, curate communications and track outcomes to ensure staff across the organisation benefit from our initiatives.

You will design SOPs, orchestrate scheduling, and create content like videos and podcasts while developing dashboards to turn data into actionable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Healthcare Management, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Experience in programme coordination, event operations, communications, or project support would be advantageous.
• Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing communications materials for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in digital tools to support programme delivery and learner engagement.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver high-quality digital literacy programmes across workshops, online modules, and events.
• Design and implement SOPs to ensure smooth, consistent delivery.
• Orchestrate logistics, scheduling and resources to keep programmes running.
• Create engaging communications to drive participation and awareness.
• Contribute to learning content such as short videos and podcasts.
• Own operational reporting and dashboards tracking participation, completion and satisfaction.
