Job summary

The Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA) seeks a data‑driven professional to support its Programmes Implementation and Management team in Singapore. You will work with programme partners, analyse survey results, verify enrolments, and ensure compliance across claims and data processes.

You will also engage jobseekers at events, manage profiles, and run automation tools to streamline workflows, delivering clear reports to management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficient with AI tools (Pair, SmartCompose) to support programme work.
• Experience with automation tools (Plumber) to manage workflows.
• Strong Excel data management skills.
• Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders and jobseekers.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently; collaboration with partners is valued.
• Experience with data visualisation or RPA skills is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with programme partners on survey returns and analyse survey results.
• Perform checks on programme enrolments and liaise with partners to disseminate data.
• Verify claims documentation to ensure compliance.
• Check for multiple enrolments by the same client to prevent double funding.
• Check for blacklisted individuals to prevent enrolment.
• Respond to appeals and feedback by jobseekers using AI tools.
• Run RPA bots and other automation tools.
• Create jobseeker profiles in the system.
• Conduct evidence checks on claims by programme partners.
• Engage jobseekers at career events to verify eligibility and book coaching.
• Prepare and present reports and updates to Management.
