Ideal candidates have a Diploma and strong English skills, with proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and Microsoft Office. Collaborative teamwork and flexibility to work varying shifts are essential.

Qualificações

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Strong English written and spoken skills.
• Proficient with Google Docs, Sheets and Microsoft Office.
• Team player with ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Acquire and maintain knowledge of programmes, services and processes.
• Promote programmes to prospective and existing customers.
• Attend to customers' needs and enquiries promptly.
• Build rapport with stakeholders.
• Handle walk-ins, phone, text messages and online enquiries.
• Ensure registration and enrolment data is captured accurately.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, inquiries and feedback.
• Provide support to teachers and students as required.
• Assist in adhoc duties as assigned.
