Job summary

Learning Point in Singapore is seeking a Customer Engagement Executive to support learners and parents, manage enquiries, promote programmes, and coordinate registrations across branches.

The role requires a diploma, strong English, and proficiency with Google Docs/Sheets and MS Office. You will work shifts, travel to multiple branches, and collaborate with teachers to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• Diploma required; strong command of spoken and written English.
• Proficient with Google Docs, Google Sheets and MS Office.
• Good team player with minimal supervision; prior education-industry exposure advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain knowledge of programmes, services and processes.
• Promote programmes to prospective and existing customers.
• Attend to customer needs and enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Build rapport with stakeholders and maintain positive relationships.
• Handle walk-ins, phone, text and online enquiries with warmth and accuracy.
• Ensure registration and enrolment data is captured meticulously.
• Maintain updated records of customer interactions including feedback and complaints.
• Provide support to teachers and students as required.
• Act as a communication bridge between teachers and parents.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
