Job summary

Singapore Polytechnic (SP) is seeking an outreach coordinator to strengthen partnerships with secondary schools and coordinate education and career guidance activities. You will work with internal schools and external partners to plan and deliver outreach programs that raise awareness of SP’s programmes.

The role involves supporting events for prospective students and international outreach, plus coordinating ambassadors to support activities. 2-year contract.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in communications, marketing, education, business or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage partnerships with secondary schools and oversight of roadshows, talks and learning journeys.
• Support outreach events and engagement platforms for prospective students, parents and educators.
• Coordinate SP academic schools to support outreach programmes and stakeholder engagement.
• Plan and support international student outreach and recruitment initiatives.
• Recruit, train and deploy SP student ambassadors for outreach activities.
