Job summary

FSK ADVISORY PTE. LTD. seeks an Assistant Financial Controller to lead the finance function, support strategy execution, and ensure robust financial reporting. The role emphasizes internal controls, timely analysis, and stakeholder management across groups and external partners.

You will oversee consolidation, budgeting, and regulatory compliance, including SGX Mainboard obligations, while delivering strategic insights to drive decision‑making at the highest level.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline.
• CPA, CA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• 8–10 years of finance and accounting experience, with leadership exposure.

Responsibilities

• Report to Group Senior Financial Controller and support strategy execution.
• Lead day-to-day Finance Department operations and internal controls.
• Oversee consolidation of reports, budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare board papers with financial analysis and insights.
• Ensure SGX Mainboard reporting compliance and tax regulations.
• Act as primary interface with auditors, bankers and advisers.
