Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking a senior finance executive to lead treasury, fundraising, and multi-entity reporting for the group.

You will partner with the C-suite on refinancing, tax planning, and cross-border financing, while ensuring governance, liquidity, and insightful management reporting. The role requires 10–12 years in finance, CPA/ACCA, and strong Mandarin-English communication with regional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent.
• Minimum 10–12 years of finance experience with 3–5 years in a senior role.
• Background in listed companies, asset or investment management preferred.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, treasury and multi-entity consolidation.
• Strong communicator able to present to board and senior management.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Singapore tax incentives (Section 13O/13U) is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Support C-Suite with refinancing and fundraising activities, including bank borrowings and EMTN programs.
• Review finance documents and negotiate terms to reflect commercial intent.
• Prepare board papers and presentations related to refinancing/fundraising.
• Liaise with lenders, counsels, and counterparties to complete drawdowns.
• Lead treasury functions: hedging, cashflow forecasts, and tax efficiency.
• Establish policies on FX and interest rate risk.
• Monitor loan covenant compliance with lenders.
• Support acquisitions with financial, tax, and structuring inputs.
• Develop and manage banking relationships.
• Oversee GST and tax filings and contribute to announcements and valuations.
