Job summary

Future-E HR is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead its finance operations in Singapore. The role oversees financial reporting, treasury, and business partnering to support growth.

Key responsibilities include month-end close, cash management, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Strong leadership and Mandarin/English communication are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, ACCA/CPA preferred.
• At least 10 years of finance and accounting experience with leadership.
• Knowledge of full-set accounting, reporting, treasury, taxation, and controls.
• Experience in commodity trading, energy, or manufacturing environments.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin preferred due to regional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance and accounting operations including month- and year-end closes.
• Oversee cash flow, treasury, banking relationships, and funding.
• Prepare management reports, budgets, forecasts and financial analysis.
• Ensure statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance.
• Strengthen internal controls, policies, governance.
• Partner with senior management to provide commercial insights.
