The Singapore Institute of Management (SIM) is seeking a proactive professional to join the Local Engagement team as part of Student Recruitment Operations. You will oversee local recruitment activities, lead a small team, and partner with internal and external teams to promote SIM’s education offerings.

Role involves planning events, managing leads and follow-ups, and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree with 0-5 years of relevant working experience in sales, marketing or customer service.
• Experience in customer service and sales conversion processes.
• Experience planning and executing recruitment events, school talks, open houses, and outreach campaigns.
• Good understanding of the higher education industry in Singapore.
• Results-oriented, driven, self-motivated and analytical.
• Strong communication skills, including active listening, understanding and clear articulation.
• Able to work on weekends when required.
• Confident speaker with excellent presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Promote SIM brand and plan local recruitment strategies.
• Supervise team to meet department operations and policies.
• Provide training and coaching to team members.
• Attend to customers’ enquiries via walk‑ins, phone, email, live chat during peak periods.
• Analyze leads follow‑up reports and suggest improvements.
• Relay market knowledge to the team and business.
