Job summary

HR SG PTE. LTD. is partnering with an established education provider to recruit a Business Development Executive in Singapore. You will engage with working professionals, assess programme suitability, and guide applicants from inquiry to enrolment, while aiming to hit monthly enrolment targets.

You will manage inbound enquiries, work with Marketing and Student Services, and use CRM to maintain records. A Bachelor's degree and strong English are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Strong written and spoken English; engage professionally with working professionals.
• Customer-focused, persuasive, and comfortable in a performance-driven environment.
• Strong listening and questioning skills, to understand career aspirations.
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups.
• Motivated by targets, incentives and positive customer outcomes.
• Experience in business development, sales, education consulting, customer service, account management, or telemarketing is advantageous.
• Experience using CRM or lead management systems would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospective learners via phone, WhatsApp, email, and online consultations.
• Provide professional advice on Master's, Bachelor's, Diploma, and professional development programmes.
• Convert warm inbound leads into qualified applicants and enrolled students.
• Achieve agreed monthly enrolment and business development targets.
• Manage prospects through the sales pipeline from enquiry to enrolment.
• Support applicants through admissions, including eligibility, document collection, application submission, and fee guidance.
• Maintain timely follow-ups to build trust and informed decision-making.
• Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in CRM/lead systems.
• Participate in programme previews, webinars, education fairs, and recruitment initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Academic Operations, and Student Services for smooth enrolment.
