Job summary

ITE Institute of Technical Education seeks a Deputy Manager (Data Analysis and Surveys) to support Student Development & Recognition. You will work with the 3 ITE Colleges and HQ Divisions to advance Educational & Career Guidance, track graduate employability, and manage SEN coordination for full-time students.

You will lead SEN data collection, reporting, data visualisation, and digital projects while liaising with MOE and external vendors. Reports to an Assistant Director.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in surveys and research methodology.
• Strong IT knowledge, proficient in digitalisation; knowledge of SQL is an advantage.
• Good organisational and event management skills.
• Flair for data & finance-related work.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and welcome challenges.

Responsibilities

• Manage Special Educational Needs (SEN).
• Liaise with Colleges to collate SEN, counselling and SEN Fund data for periodic reporting.
• Collate the list of students declared SEN conditions and MOE Health.
• Provide administrative support to SEN Workgroup.
• Prepare slides for reporting at MOE Management Meeting with MMPI.
• Liaise with vendors for internship and employment support for SEN students and graduates.
• Support Student Services data maintenance and processing activities.
• Tabulate and visualise student, graduate and GES data to improve employability.
• Lead ITE GES and digital projects and follow up on feedback on employment.
• Submit GES datasets to government agencies and interpret data for policy initiatives.
• Handle payment systems and reconcile finance journals.
• Review and refine processes and support digitalisation needs of the Dept.
• Process and manage student records in ITE’s student administration system.
