Job summary

ITE College East seeks a Deputy Manager in the Student Services Department to oversee support for nearly 8,000 students. The role focuses on administering bursaries, financial assistance schemes, and related fee matters, with an emphasis on accurate data analysis and reporting.

You will liaise with students, parents and external agencies, ensuring timely processing of applications and effective fundraising and admin workflows. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
