Job summary

Institute Of Technical Education (ITE) in Singapore seeks a diligent support staff to assist with administration and management of part-time courses.

You will lead intake activities, handle publicity, enrolment and correspondence with applicants, sponsoring companies, trainers and government agencies on course and funding matters.

You will also manage student information and compile and analyse intake data, including surveys, to support program improvements.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in course administration.
• Independent worker with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with word-processing and spreadsheets is required.
• Experience with digital marketing materials and automation is an advantage.
