Job summary

MAVIS TUTORIAL CENTRE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a dedicated Customer Service Officer. You will be the first contact for existing and prospective students, handling registrations, payments and enquiries with a professional, service-minded approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum N Level; preferably weekend availability.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Positive, self-driven, independent with a service mindset.
• Ability to handle inquiries and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administrative duties pertaining to student and course registration matters.
• Provide professional service and advice to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers with queries and concerns with a service-oriented attitude.
• Actively promote programmes to prospective customers in a professional manner.
• Assist and follow-up with prospective or existing customers to promote new subjects and courses.
• Work towards sales targets and maximise retention.
• Handle enquiries, enrolment, payments and maintain files for auditing.
• Establish a good rapport and build relationships with both prospective and existing customers.
